Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to processing your orders carefully and delivering your handmade home goods as safely and efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. Please check the individual product page for any specific processing details.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, product availability, and carrier conditions.
For reference, international deliveries may take approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, available shipping methods, and any applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after dispatch.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
6. Delays and Delivery Issues
Delivery may be affected by weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, peak shopping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team with your order number.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
